1. | Display Source Catalog for a given SKU Title in Product 360 Page | In the current SKU Consolidation Configuration, users can define which catalog sources specific fields are drawn from based on ranking. However, there is no visibility into which catalog the "SKU Title" originates from. This lack of transparency makes it difficult for users to verify data lineage and understand how SKU information is being consolidated. To address this, the Product 360 Page UI is enhanced to display the source catalog for each SKU Title. The existing single-table view of attributes will be restructured into a tabbed interface with two tabs:
This enhancement improves data transparency and traceability, allowing users to easily identify the origin of SKU Titles data transparency and traceability. It supports better decision-making and reduces confusion in catalog management. |
2. | Enable Distributors to Download a Sample Template Before Publishing | This enhancement will allow distributors to download a sample version of the template they have created or edited. This functionality will be available across all template statuses, enabling users to validate their setup at any stage of the creation process. Providing the ability to download and review a sample template before publishing improves accuracy and quality control. It reduces the likelihood of publishing incorrect templates, minimizes rework, and enhances the overall efficiency and reliability of the template creation process. |
3. | Added “Save as Draft” Option for Category Template Creation in Suppliers | Adding a “Save as Draft” button on the template creation screen. This will make draft-saving an explicit, user-initiated action instead of being tied to the “Cancel” function. The button will allow users to intentionally save progress without publishing, ensuring transparency and better control over their workflow. It eliminates confusion around the current “Cancel” behaviour, reduces the risk of unintended actions, and enhances the overall user experience by making the draft-saving process intuitive and predictable. |
4. | Allow Template Creation Without Supplier Linkage | The system is enhanced to allow users to create and save templates as drafts without requiring supplier linkage. Users will have the option to associate a supplier later as part of the publishing process. This removes the initial dependency, enabling template setup to occur independently of supplier onboarding. Distributors can now proactively prepare templates ahead of supplier onboarding, ensuring smoother transitions and reducing setup delays. This enhancement streamlines the overall configuration process and supports better operational agility. |
