The file lists all Customer SKU IDs included in the import and indicates whether each SKU was newly created or updated. 2. | SKU DA Linkage Support for AD eCommerce Import | With this update, when an asset contains a caption, it will now be treated as a linkage type and automatically attached to the corresponding SKU. A new linkage group, AD eCommerce, has been introduced to contain all these linkage types. This enhancement improves data consistency, ensuring that assets are properly linked to corresponding SKUs for better visibility and management. |
3. | Introducing PCC’s Knowledge Base Portal via the Help Section | A new Document360-powered Knowledge Base has been introduced. By clicking Help & Support in PCC, users will now be directed to the Product Content Cloud Knowledge Base portal, where all product documentation is centralized. This provides a single, reliable source of truth for product content, making it easier for users to find the latest feature documentation, release notes, FAQs, and API details improving usability and self-service support. |
