Description

1.

Introducing QA and Feedback Agent for Attribute Mapping

Introducing a QA & Feedback Agent, an intelligent system designed to automatically evaluate and validate attribute mapping results. The agent analyzes mapping outputs, identifies inconsistencies or errors, and provides actionable feedback to improve data quality. It continuously learns from corrections and user feedback, enhancing its evaluation capability over time.

Automating the quality assurance and feedback loop ensures higher consistency, accuracy, and reliability in attribute mappings.

2.

Addition of “Bin Picking Number (BPN)” Attribute to BigCommerce Integration

A new “Bin Picking Number (BPN)” attribute mapping has been added to the BigCommerce integration. This attribute will be populated in PCC with the export date and time prior to the weekly export of updated SKUs from PCC to BigCommerce.

This enhancement enables customers and its partners to perform accurate data validation of updated item feeds, ensuring synchronization, transparency, and reliability across their business processes.

3.

Trade Services File Based Integration

A new import capability has been introduced to support Trade Services data ingestion through Horizontal Delimited CSV files.
This enhancement automatically creates a Trade Services Custom Import Template whenever a new catalog is created. The import engine can handle both new product creation and updates to existing SKUs and attributes, ensuring smooth and efficient data integration.

4.

Added Support for Multi-Value Attribute in Supplier Portal

This enhancement introduces multi-value attribute editing capabilities within the Supplier Portal:

  • The Supplier Template now supports multi-value attributes, allowing suppliers to input multiple values for a single attribute.

  • Suppliers can now edit multiple values for attributes where multi-value support is enabled.

This enhancement improves data accuracy, usability, and consistency across systems by allowing suppliers to manage complex product data more efficiently.

5.

Introducing Chat Functionality Between Supplier and Distributor in Supplier Portal & PCC

The new Chat Functionality introduces seamless, real-time communication between suppliers and distributors inside the Supplier Portal and PCC, allowing both parties to exchange feedback efficiently and transparently. The distributor will now be able to send messages at SKU or Syndication level.

Key Capabilities Include:

  • Broadcast Message to All Suppliers: Distributors can send system wide announcements or updates to all connected suppliers simultaneously.

  • Global Messaging for Syndications: Enables distributors to send global messages at the syndication level for consistent communication across shared catalog.

  • Item-Level Messaging: Distributors can send and receive messages for specific items, facilitating targeted discussions tied to individual SKUs or product records.

  • Rejection Messaging: Distributors can send rejection messages for selected items or bulk items providing clear feedback and reasons directly within the platform.

  • Supplier Dashboard Integration: A new Recent Conversations section summarizes ongoing discussions, with filters for rejections, normal chats, and attachments for quick access to the most relevant updates.

6.

Unit of Measurement (UoM) Configuration and Visibility in Supplier Portal

This enhancement introduces UoM configuration and visibility capabilities in both the Distributor and Supplier interfaces:

  • Distributors can now configure UoMs while editing category templates where distributors can enable the “Enforce UoMs” option, select multiple UoMs, and define their order/position for each field.

  • The suppliers can now view the configured UoM values directly in their grid within the Supplier Portal, ensuring clarity when entering product data.

This enhancement improves accuracy during data submission, minimizes validation errors, and enhances the overall quality and reliability of product information shared across systems.

7.

Configurable Sorting for Category Attributes in Product 360

This enhancement introduces configurable sorting functionality for category attributes within Product 360:

  • The default sorting will now be based on the display order provided in the JSON response (if available).

  • Users can manually adjust the sorting order through the UI, allowing them to organize attributes according to their workflow or preference.

By aligning attribute display order with business logic or user-defined preferences, it ensures a more intuitive and customizable Product 360 experience.

8.

Support for List of Values (LoV) at Supplier Side

This enhancement introduces LoV visibility and selection capability for suppliers within the excel style interface, consistent with the existing functionality in PCC.

  • Suppliers can now view LoV values directly in the grid after import.

  • Users can edit fields and choose appropriate values from a pop-up selection list.

9.

Support for Custom Delimiters when using Attribute Mapping Rule for Channels

The enhancement introduces the ability for users to define a custom delimiter (e.g., “-”, “|”, “and”, “or”) when concatenating multiple source values into one target value.
Additionally, the preview section is updated to show the final transformed output with the selected delimiter (e.g., Black,White → Black|White), enabling users to validate transformations before applying them.

This enhancement addresses the limitation of using a fixed comma delimiter, giving users the flexibility to format concatenated values according to their specific business and data integration needs.

Bugs

1.

The ‘Last Updated Date’ field does not update after using the ‘Copy Attributes to Selected SKUs’ option on the Product Listing Page.

2.

In Magic Uploader (AI Studio), digital asset generation intermittently fails or the same digital asset is getting generated for all SKUs.

3.

SKUs without assigned taxonomies are not being added to the default taxonomy when a default taxonomy is selected during import job creation.

4.

During trade services import, SKUs fail to move from node A to node B even when node B’s taxonomy ID is included in the import data.

5.

The trade service custom import template is not being created automatically when a new catalog is created.
