OR
To grant template access to all suppliers at once, enable the Access to Template toggle at the top, as shown in the screenshot below.

Here your landing page depends on whether you initially selected a root node or a leaf node in the template details page:
If you selected a leaf node, you will be directed to the Field Transformation section.
If you selected a root node or a child node, you would land on the Node Mapping section.
13. If you land on Node Mapping section, to create the node mapping click on the All Products link as highlighted in the below image:

Then you’ll see the following text to select the leaf node from right side.

Select the leaf node from the right side, you’ll see the following pop-up on the left side.

To create rule for the selected target node, select the rule from the drop-down as shown below:

If you have selected Limit by template field rule, click on +Add Condition.

Now to create the condition, select the Template Field, Operator from the drop-down list and then enter the Value for mapping the condition.
If you want to add more conditions, click +Add Condition. If no additional conditions are needed, click Save Mapping.

Then the node mapping is saved successfully, and the following pop-up gets displayed:

Now you can see all the node mapping conditions ranked as illustrated in the image below:

You can also rearrange the ranking of these conditions by dragging them into your preferred order.

Working of the node mapping condition:
Once the template is published and the data is loaded (e.g., with 100 SKUs), the system will process them based on the ranking of the defined conditions:
#1 (Rank1) The system first evaluates the 1st condition. If 20 SKUs match, they will be assigned to the mapped target node. So here as the per example showed in the image the SKUs which match the condition will reside in Pad Holders node.

#2 (Rank2) The remaining 80 SKUs are then checked against the 2nd condition. Any SKUs that match will be mapped accordingly. So as per the example illustrated below, if any SKU matches the condition they will be mapped to Paint Brushes node.

#3 (Rank3) If there are still SKUs left that do not meet any of the previous conditions, they will be processed under the 3rd condition, where the rule is created for ALL SKUs, then all the remaining SKUs are assigned to the mapped node.
As per the example in the image, all the remianing SKUs will reside under Artist Brushes node.

And if the SKU doesn’t fall under any of the conditions then the SKU will get stuck restricting the SKU to move from Approval in Progress stage.
Click Next and you’ll land on the Field Transformation section as shown below:

This is the section where you define how product attribute values from a supplier’s data should be mapped and transformed before they are stored in the target catalog. It provides flexibility to align supplier provided attributes with the distributor’s required format.
In the Field Transformation section, you can view supplier attributes such as SKU Characteristics, Attributes and Digital Assets for the template.
For each supplier attribute, you can map it to the corresponding catalog attribute. This ensures that incoming supplier data gets stored in the right place in your catalog.

Select the attribute and open the Transformation Rules dropdown.
Choose and apply a rule, such as Copy attribute from source → target or Lookup Value. For more details on these rules, refer to the Commonly Used Rules section.
