Needs Review -> Displays the count of items that are yet to be reviewed by the distributor.
Kebab Menu Icon -> Displays the following two options: Edit Supplier Details: You’ll be navigated to Supplier Details page where you can edit the details. For more information refer to Edit Supplier Details section.
Remove Supplier: You can click this option to delete the selected supplier.
The other details on the Supplier card are as follows:

Note: When a supplier is first created, all counts are initially set to 0. The numbers update only after the supplier creates syndications in the supplier portal, reflecting the uploaded product data accordingly.
For example, the screenshot below shows the syndication count and details after the supplier has uploaded their product data in supplier portal.
Supplier Card when Use Option 4 (API-based integration)

Following are the columns on the overview tab:

Actions: Click on the eye icon to View Syndication Details. For more details refer to Understanding the Process in Each Phase section.
Syndication Name: Displays the name of the syndication uploaded by the supplier.
Category: Displays the name of the category for which the supplier uploaded the Product Information.

Beside the status you can view
icon which indicates the items that are Ready to Accept and
indicates the count for items Needs Review.
Understanding the Process in Each Phase
At the top of the page (as highlighted in the screenshot below), you can see the different phases an item or SKU goes through before being onboarded into the PIM.

Note: If there is no item present in any phase, the specific phase will be disabled. For example, if there is no item in the Approval in Progress phase, that tab will be disabled.
Needs Review
In this phase, you can view the list of items published under a specific syndication. Once the supplier publishes items for that syndication from the supplier portal, they will appear here for the distributor to review.
Here you can review each item individually along with their field values. You can click on
to approve or click on
to reject the item under Actions tab. Approved item(s) proceed to the next stage, while rejected items are sent back to the supplier for correction. Upon rejection the following pop-up shows up:

You need to enter the reason for rejection, so the supplier understands the issue in the item data. Once entered, click Done to complete the process.

Once you land on the Need Review page click
to refresh the item(s), you’ll see the rejected item is gone from the list & the count under Needs Review is updated as seen in the below screenshot:

You can also bulk approve or reject items. To do this, select the checkbox at the top next to the Actions column, then click Bulk Action. From there, you can choose to either Approve or Reject all selected item(s). For clarity, refer to the screenshot below:
Approval In Progress
This is a transient state where no action is required. If items remain in this phase, it indicates they are stuck and unable to proceed due to issues in node mapping especially when some conditions are not met in node mapping.
Ready to Accept
The items displayed in this section depend on the configuration set by the distributor for the specific template.
If Auto Accept SKUs is set to No in the template configuration, items appear here for manual approval by the distributor. You can either click
to accept items individually or perform a bulk approval by selecting all items, clicking Bulk Action, and choosing Accept Selected Items as shown in the below screenshot:

If Auto Accept SKUs is set to Yes in the template configuration, as shown in the image below:

Then the items bypass manual approval and move directly to the Ready to Onboard stage.

Ready to Onboard
The items displayed in this section depend on the configuration set by the distributor for the specific template.

If Auto Onboard SKUs is set to No in the template configuration, items appear here for manual onboarding by the distributor.
You can either click
to onboard items individually or perform a bulk approval by selecting all items, clicking Bulk Action, and choosing Onboard Selected Items as shown in the below screenshot:

If Auto Accept SKUs is set to Yes, as shown in the image below, items bypass manual onboarding and move directly to the Onboarded stage.
Onboarded
All items displayed here belong to the distributor's staging Catalog, which serves as the final catalog. However, if the distributor uses an external PIM, these items are the final ones to be exported.
Items in the Onboarded state will reside in the mapped target node, signifying that they are fully integrated into the PIM.
