Onboarding Supplier Details

Once supplier details are successfully onboarded, they appear on the Onboarded Supplier Details page. This page provides a centralized interface for managing onboarded supplier data, allowing users to view, filter, and export detailed information for reporting, troubleshooting, and integration with external systems.

Columns on Onboarding Supplier Details Page

  • Filters

    • Filter results by Supplier, Syndication, and Date Range to quickly locate specific records.

    • Use Clear Filters and Apply Filters to reset or refine your search.

    • Click icon to refresh your search.

  • Supplier Name – Displays the name of the onboarded supplier.

  • Syndication Name – Displays the name of the syndication.

  • Product Count – Number of products included in the onboarding batch.

  • Onboarding Method – The method used for onboarding, selected when creating the template (e.g., Standard Horizontal Excel or Custom Template).

  • File Generated On – Timestamp of when the onboarding file was generated.

  • Status – Indicates whether the onboarding was successful or failed.

    • Complete – The products were successfully onboarded.

    • Error – The onboarded product data encountered issues. Click Download File to retrieve the error log for review.

How to Export Onboarded Supplier(s) Data?

Follow the steps to export data for the onboarded supplier(s):

  1. Go to Suppliers (menu option) > Onboarding Supplier Details.

    You’ll land on the Onboarding Supplier Details page.

  1. Apply desired filters such as Supplier Name, Syndication (Template Name) or Date Range to narrow down the dataset.

  2. When using the Supplier Name or Syndication filter, clicking the dropdown will open a pop-up listing available Suppliers or Syndications.

  3. Select the desired supplier or syndication then click Done.

  4. Review the filtered supplier information displayed on the screen.

  5. Under the Status column:

    1. If the file was processed successfully, the status will show Complete. Click Download File to view the onboarded information.

    2. If errors were found, the status will show Error. Click Download File to download and review the error logs.
