Creating AI Jobs via View My Products

1. Go to Products > View My Products menu option.

2. Select the Catalog and you’ll see the AI Tools icon at the top.

    

3. When you click on the AI Tools option, the feature provides three classification options to support automated SKU placement within your catalog Taxonomy as shown below:

    

   1. Classify All SKUs in Catalog
      This option processes all SKUs within the selected catalog for automatic classification. The AI engine analyses each SKU and provides taxonomy Node recommendations. Upon selection, the relevant job is created to execute the classification.

   2. Classify All SKUs in This Result Set
      This option becomes available only when a saved condition or filter is applied—such as selecting SKUs under a specific taxonomy node. Only the SKUs that match the current result set (i.e., those visible based on the applied condition) will be considered for classification.

       

   3. Classify Selected SKUs
      This option allows manual selection of individual SKUs. Only the SKUs explicitly selected will be submitted for classification when this option is used.

4. Once you've chosen one of the options, a confirmation pop-up appears as shown below:

5. Click Create to procced with job creation.

6. After submission, a confirmation message appears with a link to navigate to the AI Jobs screen.

You’ll be navigated to the AI Jobs screen.

Viewing and Accepting Recommendations

On the AI Jobs screen, you’ll see the job entry with status as In Progress as shown below:

1. Once the job is ready with recommendations you can see the status gets updated to Ready with Recommendations.

2. Click on the Ready with Recommendations and you’ll land on the following page:

On this page you can view all the SKUs that were selected in this job along with its details such as SKU item ID, Title, AI current classification, AI suggested classification and confidence score.

3. If you want to accept the AI recommended classification, you can either:

   1. Accept suggestions individually as shown below:

OR

b. You can use Bulk Action drop-down where you can see two options as shown in the screenshot below:

1. You can enter a confidence score and accept all suggestions above a specified confidence threshold.

   OR

2. Automatically accept the highest-confidence suggestion for each SKU.

3. Click Apply to proceed.

You’ll see the status as AI suggested classification selected under Select AI Classification Recommendation column for all the SKUs.

4. Click Apply to finalize and move SKUs to the recommended taxonomy nodes.

You’ll land on the AI Jobs screen where you can see the updated count for SKUs classified using AI recommendation.
