Creating AI Jobs via Product 360

From the Product Listing page:

1. Click the Item ID and you’ll view the product in Product 360 screen.

Now for that SKU you can see the AI icon next to the Taxonomy as highlighted in the screenshot below:

2. Click on the AI icon and the following AI-driven classification actions are available for individual SKUs:

   1. Reclassify SKU

      This option allows you to trigger a new AI classification job for the selected SKU.

   2. View AI Classification Recommendation(s)

      This option displays the complete history of AI-generated classification recommendations for the selected SKU, aggregated from all past classification jobs. It provides visibility into all suggested taxonomy placements and their associated confidence levels.

   After selecting the preferred recommendation, click Apply Selected to update the SKU’s taxonomy Node.

3. If you select Reclassify SKU option, it follows the same process as outlined in the Creating AI Jobs via View My Products (from steps 4-6) and Viewing and Accepting Recommendations section.
