Show/Hide Channel Filters

Clicking Show/Hide Channel Filters allows you to apply filters to quickly locate specific data on the Channels page.

These filters help narrow down results based on specific channel, source catalog, or target catalog criteria.

To filter the data:

  • Enter at least three characters in the Source Catalog or Target Catalog columns to search for a specific channel.

  • Select a Channel Status to filter by. Available statuses include Approved, Auto Build, Open, Processing, and Restoration Processing.

  • Use the Channels Created In field to filter channels by creation date. Available options are: Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, and Last 1 year.

  • You can also apply advanced filters such as:

    • Channels with Unmapped SKU Count

    • Channels with Unmapped Attribute Count
For both, enter a count and select the comparison condition (e.g., greater than, equal to) as shown in the screenshot below:

You can also filter by Mapping Method or whether Persist Item ID is set to Yes or No.

Click the Clear All Filters to remove all the filters applied.
