Product Dashboard is introduced as a landing dashboard screen with the goal to improve user experience through an interactive dashboard that gives the user statistical overview of a catalog's content and data quality. The default catalog details will be of the Primary Catalog assigned to the logged in user. Users will have an option to change the catalog selection. If you are not assigned with primary catalog, then you will need to select the catalog.
On clicking left panel, navigate to Product > Product Dashboard, select your catalog and the following Dashboard is displayed:

You have the option to Show or Hide any widget by using the three dots button on the top right corner of the page. Simply click on the corresponding eye symbol to conceal a widget if you want it to be hidden. This activity will be remembered for the logged in user session only.

The interactive Dashboard summarizes five key elements in detail.
Products - The Products widget will display the total number of products or product family along with the pie chart associated with the catalog. On hovering over the Pie chart, SKU count and PF count are displayed along with link to product listing page based on the applied filter. The feature will allow you to view and visualize the count of products imported or added manually for the last ‘n’ number of days. By default, the entered days are 15, and you can change the integer which will reflect in the widget. On clicking New tab, enter the last ‘n’ number of days for which you want to view the SKUs/Product families and the number of SKUs/Product families will be displayed accordingly. Apart from pie chart, click on three line button to change the format of chart.


Data Quality Score – The Data Quality Score represents the quality score of your catalog. There are two different graphs - Line chart and Bar chart to analyze the Data Quality Score. Clicking on Line graph and clicking on score card in Product distribution graph will redirect you to the Product Listing page with the applied catalog filter.

The scores are divided based on score into Impeccable (96-100), Wonderful (81-95), Presentable (61-80), Mediocre (41-60), Unsatisfactory (21-40), and Awful (0-20) where Impeccable represents the top quality and Awful suggests the catalog needs major rework.

Syndication – Syndication, which is broken down into Outbound and Inbound, shows the syndication details in the catalog. Syndication Information will display two columns - Outbound and Inbound. Outbound represents Supplier syndicating to distributors whereas Inbound represents Distributor's understanding to view the SKUs originating from different channels. For Grainger, if the readiness is running in the background for a specific SKU, a warning ‘The Grainger readiness is running for the SKU now and the results will not be accurate unless the process finishes’ will be displayed for such SKUs.The graph can also be viewed by pressing the three dotted buttons. In graph view, on hovering over, Channel Name and Product Count will be displayed.
Digital Assets – Digital Assets will display the total count of Digital Assets linked in the Customer code you are using. Photo Asset, Video Asset, Document Asset, and Other type of Asset are denoted by different colors. On clicking Size tab, you can analyze the space taken by each type of Asset.

Open Tasks – Open Tasks will represent the total tasks pending, and on clicking My tab, the total tasks pending for the logged in user will be displayed.
You can examine tasks that require immediate attention in addition to the Dashboard, and the interactive Dashboard will drive you to those specific fields so they can make the necessary modifications.
Needs Attention section is to drive your attention towards the overall quality of your catalog. This section will highlight on what exactly is missing which is leading the degradation of Data quality of your catalog. The section will highlight every aspect of the catalog and where it can be improved.
The Product content section under Needs Attention lists and highlights all the key factors that the SKU is missing along with a color code to indicate the severity of the quality. This section will display the SKUs with missing titles, descriptions, market data, identifiers, brands, or manufacturers, as well as any digital assets. If there are any missing details, the user can click the link to go to the View My Products page and make the necessary changes.
Also, the system automatically reflects the values which can be changed. To change the value, enter the value in SKUs with on “ ” images, the dashboard will reflect with number of SKUs which consist of your entered number of images. Similarly, Enter the value in SKUs with on “ ” videos, the dashboard will reflect with number of SKUs with your entered number of videos. Product Content section will also display the number of SKUs with validation failure.

The Product Classification section displays how the SKUs in the catalog are classified into Taxonomy node and Attributes associated with your Catalog. Enter the value in Taxonomy Node contain more than “ ” SKUs, the dashboard will result in total number of Taxonomy Nodes which has your entered number of SKUs. Similarly, enter the value in Taxonomy Node contain less than “ ” SKUs, the dashboard will reflect with number of Taxonomy Node with your entered number of SKUs. This section will also display the number of Taxonomy Nodes with no SKU and the number of unused attributes.
Digital Assets section displays the number of Assets not linked to any entity and Low resolution images. You can also analyze your Assets with file size greater than “ ” MB by entering the size value.
Outstanding Tasks(Open for Upto 15 days) will display number of tasks which needs review and which are Rejected or Require Rework.
NOTE: You can refresh all the Data by clicking on Refresh Data icon.
There are several widgets like Overall Reviews For My Catalog, My Task List, Product Missing Significant Data, Digital Asset Usage, Validation Failures By Schema Constraint Rules, Top 1 Taxonomy Nodes with Validation Failures, and Top 5 Attributes with Validation Failures are available and user can drag and move the widget from one place to another using
icon.
Overall Reviews For My Catalog section displays the reviews created in your Catalog. You can refresh the widget. My Task List section displays the pending tasks in your Catalog.

All the open reviews open for the catalog listed by entities are displayed here. Selecting each entity will show the details of the open reviews and its count. The count is hyperlinked which will take the user to the details of the tab that was selected in the review page. The widget lists the count of open reviews for the catalog grouped by Product Authoring, Taxonomy and Schema. Each count displays the count of reviews along with the hyperlink. Clicking on the hyperlink will redirect to that specific tab in the Review page.
Products Missing Significant Data displays the number of SKUs or products with missing title, missing descriptive attributes, missing brand information, missing identifiers, and missing Marketing information. In case of missing details, user can click on the hyperlink and redirect to View My Products page and make the necessary changes. A filter Data Scope helps you to filter the data and on clicking the dropdown, Entire Catalog, Taxonomy Nodes, Assortments, and Saved Condition options are available. By default, details will be displayed as per Entire Catalog. If user selects Taxonomy Nodes, user need to select the Taxonomy Nodes by clicking on it. If user selects Saved Condition, user need to select the saved conditions by clicking on it. The saved conditions are from advanced search and the filter conditions saved on the product listing page.


Digital Asset Usage displays the number of SKUs or products with no asset linkage, no photo asset linkage, no video asset linkage, and no document asset linkage. In case of missing details, user can click on the hyperlink and redirect to Products page and make the necessary changes. A filter Data Scope helps you to filter the data and on clicking the dropdown, Entire Catalog, Taxonomy Nodes, Assortments, and Saved Condition options are available. By default, details will be displayed as per Entire Catalog. If user selects Taxonomy Nodes, user need to select the Taxonomy Nodes by clicking on it. If user selects Saved Condition, user need to select the Saved Condition by clicking on it. The Saved Conditions will include the filter conditions which were saved on the product listing page. The conditions work exactly as shown in Product Missing Significant Data section.
Validation Failures By Schema Constraint Rules displays the number of SKUs or products with validation failures occurred due to Schema Constraint Rules. A filter Data Scope helps you to filter the data and on clicking the dropdown, Entire Catalog, Taxonomy Nodes, Assortments, and Saved Condition options are available. By default, details will be displayed as per Entire Catalog. If user selects Taxonomy Nodes, user need to select the Taxonomy Nodes by clicking on it. If user selects Saved Condition, user need to select the Saved Condition by clicking on it. On clicking Filters dropdown, Before X Days, Custom Date Range, and Within Last X Days options are available. On clicking Before X Days, enter the value in Before “ ” Days, the dashboard will reflect with number of Validation Failures before the entered number of days. On selecting the Custom Date Range, select the date range for which you want to view the number of Validation failures. On clicking Within Last X Days, enter the value in Within Last “ ” Days, the dashboard will reflect the number of Validation Failures within the entered time frame.


On clicking the failure section on the Dashboard, user will be redirected to Validation Failure Details page. For more information, please refer section Viewing Validation Failure Details.

Top 5 Taxonomy Nodes With Validation Failures displays the top five taxonomy nodes which has validation failures in the Entire Catalog. You can also change the Show Top value from 5 to number of taxonomy nodes you intend to analyze and click on search icon. On clicking Day Filters dropdown, Before X Days, Custom Date Range, and Within Last X Days options are available. On clicking Before X Days, enter the value in Before “ ” Days and enter the number of taxonomy nodes, the dashboard will reflect with number of Taxonomy Nodes with Validation Failures before the entered number of days. On selecting the Custom Date Range, select the date range and enter the number of taxonomy nodes you want to view. On clicking Within Last X Days, enter the value in Within Last “ ” Days and enter the number of taxonomy nodes, the dashboard will reflect the number of Taxonomy Nodes with Validation Failures within the last entered number of days. On clicking the Node name, you will be redirected to Validation Failures Details screen. You can find more information in section 13.4.2.5 Viewing Validation Failure Details.

Top 5 Attributes With Validation Failures displays the top five Attribute which has validation failures in the Entire Catalog. You can also change the Show Top value from five to number of taxonomy nodes you intend to analyze and click on search icon. You are empowered with Day Filters and on clicking the dropdown, Before X Days, Custom Date Range, and Within Last X Days options are available. On clicking Before X Days, enter the value in Before “ ” Days and enter the number of attributes, the dashboard will reflect with number of Attributes with Validation Failures before the entered number of days. On selecting the Custom Date Range, select the date range and enter the number of attributes you want to view. On clicking Within Last X Days, enter the value in Within Last “ ” Days and enter the number of attributes, the dashboard will reflect the number of Attributes with Validation Failures within the last entered number of days. On hovering over the Attribute name, you will be redirected to Validation Failures Details screen. You can find more information in section 13.4.2.5 Viewing Validation Failure Details.
