The Supplier Lookup Master provides a centralized interface for creating and managing lookup tables within the Supplier Portal. Lookup tables help standardize supplier-provided values (such as custom codes, names, or attributes) by mapping them to consistent, organization-approved values. This ensures cleaner product data, consistency across catalogs, and smoother integration into downstream systems.

How to Add Lookup Table

  1. Go to Suppliers (menu) > Supplier Lookup Master.

    You’ll land on the Supplier Lookup Master screen.

  2. Click +Add Lookup Table.

    A pop-up for create lookup table shows up.

  3. Enter the name of the lookup table.

  4. Enable the toggle if you want the look up table to be case sensitivity.

Click Save.

You’ll see the lookup table listed.

How to Add Lookup Values?

  1. Select the created lookup table to start adding values.

  2. Click on the icon to start adding records.

  3. Enter the following:

    1. Lookup String → the supplier-provided value.

    2. Result String → the standardized value.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Once all the value mappings are added, click Save Changes.

    Managing Records

    Once the record is added, under Actions column you have the following options:

    1. Edit: to update any values.

    2. Delete: Remove specific record.

    On the table header you can see the following options:

    1. Clone Table: Create a copy of an existing lookup table.

    2. Toggle Case Sensitive: Switch between case-sensitive and case-insensitive mappings for the entire table.

    3. Delete Table: Deletes the entire table with records.

    When creating a supplier template , in the Field Transformation section when you select the Lookup Value rule.

    • If you choose Use an existing lookup table under the Lookup Method field and click Choose, you’ll be redirected to this Lookup Master page, where you can select the desired table and value.

    • If you select Create a new lookup table and click Create, you’ll be redirected to the Lookup Master page, where you can set up a new table.
