Manage Node Access

Go to Suppliers > Settings > Manage Node Access.

The Manage Node Access page is divided into two sections which is Nodes and Suppliers access to <node name> node as shown below:

Nodes

This section displays a list of nodes from the catalog. You can select a node from the left panel to view the list of suppliers with access on the right side where you can scroll to see the checked suppliers who have access.

The number next to each node indicates the count of suppliers with access to that specific node, as shown in the screenshot below.

Or hover over the count to see the suppliers with access to that specific node, as shown in the screenshot:

Suppliers access to <node name> node

In this section you can view the list of all the active suppliers that you have created till date.

Here you can grant bulk access to multiple suppliers, select the desired node, choose the appropriate suppliers, and click Save Changes to confirm.

To provide access to all suppliers for a specific node, simply enable the Select All Suppliers toggle at the top, as shown in the image below:

From this section, you can also search for a specific supplier using the search field or filter supplier names by selecting the supplier name’s initial alphabet, as shown in the screenshot below:

Here you have another option to filter the suppliers with or without access which is highlighted below:

You can also select the node and then select to view the list of suppliers having access to the selected node and when you select you can view the suppliers having no access to the selected node.
