Magic Uploader is the latest addition to the AI Studio suite, a standalone workbench within the PCC portal that enables users to explore various AI-driven automations, recommendations, and generative intelligence features.
This innovative tool allows users to upload PDF files containing product information, which the system then intelligently reads, interprets, and extracts into structured data. The extracted content includes SKUs, product descriptions, attributes, and linked assets for one or multiple products.
The results are presented in an easy-to-understand interface, where users can review the derived product information and download it as an Excel file.
Designed to simplify and accelerate catalog management, Magic Uploader eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving significant time while improving accuracy and consistency.
Accessing Magic Uploader
Go to AI Studio menu option.
You’ll land on the Apps tab.
Click on Magic Uploader.
You’ll be directed to the Magic Uploader page.
Enter the Job Name.
Upload your catalog PDF (only the .pdf format is supported).
Click Submit.
A confirmation pop-up appears once the upload is initiated.
The uploaded file appears under the Job Progress tab with the initial status In Progress as shown in screenshot below:
Under Actions column, click the Preview
icon to view the uploaded file. Once processing is complete, the status updates to Success.
Under the Actions column, click
to open the processed file preview.
You’ll land on the following preview page:
Click Download from the preview screen.

Click
to download the output file from Actions column.
You can then find the downloaded file in your Downloads folder.
