There are 2 options available to build a condition:
Select a category – This includes using any or all of the categories available. Details about the various categories and the options available are explained here.
Select a saved condition – This includes using the saved conditions. Details on how to save a condition and the various actions that can be performed on them is explained in section Saved Conditions.
You can build conditions using the categories only or you can use saved conditions along with the categories to build complex conditions to search the required SKU data.
Let us understand how to build conditions using both the scenarios.
Case 1: Using categories to build a condition
For example, we have a catalog consisting of accessories such as sunglasses, watches and so on. Let us search for SKUs which have an attribute Frame Material with value as Plastic and have digital assets linked to it as these SKUs need to be edited.
To build a condition to search SKUs:
In the Advance SKU Search page, click the Build a Condition tab and select the catalog in which the SKU exists as shown below.

Click Add > Condition Category and the list of categories available is displayed as shown below.

Since, we need to build a condition using attributes and assets, it needs to be selected.
Click Attribute and the following screen appears.

Type Frame Material in the Search by Attribute Name field and a list of attributes matching the keyword is displayed.

Click the Add Attribute Condition Element
icon to enter the value for Frame Material selected.Select condition as Attribute Value, operator as Equals and type the value as Plastic as shown below.

NOTE | The operator AND is selected by default within the same category. Also, the same options can also be added multiple times depending on the condition being built. For example, if we wanted to search for SKUs which have an attribute Frame Material with value as Plastic and Rubber, the same option could be added again with value as Rubber. |
Now, we need to select the digital asset category. Here, we have the option of choosing the operator as AND / OR depending on the condition being built. Since, we need assets which are linked to SKUs as well, we will keep it as AND. If OR is needed, move the toggle to OR.

Click Add > Condition Category > Digital Asset as shown below.

The following is displayed.

Select condition as Digital Asset Linkage and operator as Exists since we want SKUs which have assets linked to it as shown below.

You can directly search for the SKUs or save the condition and then search the SKUs.
The following 4 options are available:
Save Only – This will save the entire condition. You need to enter the relevant details to save it as explained in section Saved Conditions.
Save & Search – This will save the condition after you enter the relevant details as well as display the result based on the condition built.
Search Only – This will display the result based on the condition applied and filter the SKU data.
Reset - This will reset the entire page by removing all the added conditions.
NOTE | You can also save one section of a condition and give a name and description for that specific condition. However, this is optional. For example, in this case, you can save the attribute part of the condition to be reused in any other condition or to execute it when needed.
Click Save Condition next to the category of the condition to be saved. |
Here, let us search for the results. Click Search Only and the results are displayed based on the conditions applied.

Details about the various actions that can be performed on the SKUs displayed are explained here.
Case 2: Using categories and saved conditions to build a condition
For example, we have a catalog consisting of accessories such as sunglasses, watches and so on. Let us search for SKUs having SKU Id which does not start with 100 series and has an attribute Brand with value as Rayban.
To build a condition to search SKUs:
Follow steps 1 & 2 as explained in Case 1 above.
Click SKU and select the category as SKU Item Id, operator as Does Not Start With and type the value as 100 as shown below.

A condition with attribute Brand having value as Rayban is already created and saved. In this case, we can directly use this saved condition. Details on how to save a condition is explained here.
Click Add > Saved Condition as shown below.

A dialog box with a list of saved conditions is displayed.

Select the condition to be added. Click Preview to view the details of the condition created.

Click Add Saved Condition and it is added to the condition being built as shown below.

As shown, Attribute Brand is the name of the saved condition and it is highlighted in a separate color. You can click the Preview Condition
icon next to it to view the details here as well.
NOTE | You cannot edit the section containing the saved query. You can only preview or remove the condition. |
Click Search Only and the results are displayed based on the conditions applied.

You can also save the condition, if required.
