Viewing the Search Results for SKUs

Once the condition is built and it is executed to search the SKUs, a list of SKUs matching the criteria is displayed. If the match is not found, no result will be displayed.

Following is a sample of the SKU displayed based on the condition applied.

This screen is similar to the SKU panel present in the catalog and shows icons of the various actions that can be performed on the SKU values. Each SKU is shown in a separate row and attributes of the SKUs are displayed in columns for each SKU. Icons for digital assets linked to each SKU as well as validation errors, if any are displayed just like the middle panel in the catalog.

Click View Search Criteria on the upper-right corner of the page to view the complete details of the condition applied.

To make changes to the SKU values, select the SKU(s) and the icons will be enabled as shown below.

The following table lists the various actions that can be performed on the SKU(s).

Export SKUs ()

You can export the SKUs using a Saved Condition using this icon.

Table Settings ()

Here, you can clear any filter applied on the SKU data as well as align the text in the column using the options available.

The hierarchy column for SKUs can have multiple values as the same SKU can exist across Hierarchy. This will be highlighted in a different color as shown below.

All the functionalities that have been mentioned above for SKU(s) like, edit, move, and delete can be carried out on a single SKU or multiple SKUs meeting the filter condition.
