Reset Password

As an authenticated user, you can access PCC using your credentials created. However, in case you forget your password, you can generate a new password as explained in the following section.

To receive a new password:

1. Click FORGOT PASSWORD? on the PCC login page as shown below.

The following screen appears.

2. Enter your Company Code and Email Address and then click Send Instructions.

A message stating that the reset instructions along with OTP have been sent to the email address mentioned is displayed.

3. Click OK.

   If the ID exists in the database and the Customer Code is correct for the Email ID, you will receive an email with Reset Link and One Time Password as shown below.

4. Click the link Click Here to generate a new password.

Note: The reset link and the OTP is valid for 7 days only from the date you receive the email. After the link expires, you cannot reset the password using this link and you need to click the Forgot Password link and go through the entire process again.

The following Reset Password screen appears.

The Customer Code and Email ID is already mentioned.

5. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) provided in the reset email sent.

6. Enter the New Password and then enter the same in Confirm Password.

7. Click Submit and Continue to Login and the new password is generated for your account.

   The PCC Login page appears, and you can now log into your account using the new password generated.
