Improved Visibility of Validation Failures for SKU Attributes in Product 360

The SKU review experience in Product 360 screen has been enhanced to make validation failures easier to identify and resolve:

  • The message displaying the count of missing attributes in the Category Attributes section has been removed.

  • A new filter has been added next to the Search Attribute field:
    “Show attributes with validation failure(s)”.

  • When enabled, the filter displays only attributes with validation errors and can be combined with the search input to further narrow results.

This enhancement significantly improves efficiency by allowing users to quickly focus on problematic attributes, reducing time spent scanning through non-impacted fields and speeding up SKU validation and correction workflows.

2.

Field Grouping in Supplier Portal Templates

A new Field Group capability has been introduced in Template Creation – Step 3 (Field Formatting):

  • Distributors can create Field Groups while configuring templates in Field Formatting section.

  • Selected attributes can be added to a new or existing field group using the “Add Selected Fields to Group” action.

  • Fields within a group are displayed together within the template.

This enhancement enables cleaner templates and improves usability by ensuring users see only the fields relevant to them resulting in more accurate data entry and a better Supplier Portal experience.

3.

Improved UI Focus Handling in SKU Journey

The SKU Journey screen has been updated to provide more predictable and consistent focus behaviour during SKU actions.

What’s Changed

  • The UI focus no longer shifts automatically when a SKU moves between stages (e.g., from Needs Review to Approved).

  • Regardless of whether the SKU count becomes zero or increases in another stage, the focus remains on the stage the user last selected.

  • Users must manually click a stage tab to change focus.

This enhancement removes confusion caused by automatic stage switching, ensures the on-screen view always matches the user’s context, and gives users full control over navigation within the SKU Journey.

4.

Introducing “Go to Cell” Navigation in Supplier Portal Excel Grid

A new “Go To Cell” feature has been added to the Supplier Product Excel Grid:

  • Users can click a location icon to quickly navigate within the grid.

  • A side panel opens with two options:

    • Search Fields – locate and jump directly to a specific field (column).

    • Search Field Values – locate and navigate to specific values within the grid.

  • Selecting a field or value automatically scrolls the grid so the target column or cell is brought into view.

This enhancement significantly improves efficiency when working with large datasets by reducing manual scrolling, speeding up navigation, and making it easier to locate and update specific product information.

5.

Editable Vertical View for SKU Review in Supplier Portal

A new Edit Form action has been introduced in the excel grid view in Supplier Portal:

  • Users can now edit a SKU in the vertical, form-based layout.

  • The form includes field search and filtering capabilities, making it easier to locate and edit specific attributes.

  • This action enables quick updates without requiring extensive horizontal scrolling.

This enhancement improves usability and accuracy when reviewing SKUs with many attributes, reduces time spent navigating large datasets, and provides a more intuitive editing experience especially when handling high volumes of products.

6.

Prevention of Duplicate Attribute Headers in Category Templates

Template creation has been enhanced to restrict duplicate field header names in the Field Formatting step. The system now prevents users from configuring templates with duplicate attribute headers, eliminating ambiguity during data import and ensuring correct attribute mapping across all records.

This enhancement prevents data duplication issues, avoids locked or uneditable fields during product creation, and ensures that validation errors do not block the submission of otherwise valid entries resulting in a more reliable and predictable Supplier Portal experience.

Bug Fixes

1.

SP

When creating a new product, constraint indicators fail to update after selecting multiple values in multi-select fields. Fields below the first multi-select field remain marked as invalid even when valid data is entered, and constraint validation updates inconsistently.

2.

SP

When using the Magic Wand icon to select multiple LOV values during product creation, only the last selected value is populated while previously selected values are lost. Additionally, LOV values are not displayed in a sorted order, making selection time-consuming and inefficient.

3.

PCC

Attribute search on the Product 360 Page does not refresh after an invalid search input. So, after a “No results found” state is reached, deleting or editing the search text does not update results until the search is fully cleared, breaking expected live-search behaviour.

4.

SP

When a supplier edits the latest syndication, the horizontal scrollbar is not visible by default, particularly when warning or notification messages are displayed on the excel grid preventing users from scrolling to view all attributes.
