Revamped Field Formatting Screen of Manage Category Template in SOP

Enhanced the Field Formatting screen of the Manage Category Template on the supplier side of SOP with a redesigned interface that provides a more focused and efficient user experience for configuring fields, with improved visual clarity and usability.

The Field Formatting screen displayed all configured fields and their details in a continuous list, which resulted in longer response times when saving or refreshing changes, particularly for large templates.

This enhancement reduces response time and makes the UI faster by displaying the details of only the selected configuration field. The redesigned experience also reduces UI lag and makes actions such as saving field configurations more responsive, providing a more efficient experience for managing field configurations, particularly in large templates.

Resolution

1.

SOP

On the Field Transformation screen, templates with a large number of configured fields were causing plumbing lines to fail to map attributes correctly, the left attribute scrolls to an unrelated position upon selection, or plumbing lines to anchor within the left panel instead of connecting to the mapped attribute on the right.

Updated the Field Transformation screen to correctly maintain the selected attribute position and display plumbing lines between configured fields and their mapped attributes, ensuring users can reliably review and edit mappings on large templates.

2.

PCC

Supplier-uploaded digital assets linked to entities in non-supplier catalogs were not visible in PCC Digital Asset Management because the visibility rule was based on asset origin, preventing users from accessing digital assets.

Updated the PCC Digital Asset Management visibility logic so that supplier-uploaded assets linked to at least one non-supplier catalog entity, including SKUs, taxonomy, attributes, or domains, are now visible in PCC Digital Asset Management alongside assets uploaded directly through PCC.

3.

SOP

Uploading digital assets from Dropbox during SOP submission could fail with an “App is misconfigured” error, preventing users from uploading assets from Dropbox.

Updated the Dropbox upload process to ensure digital assets can be submitted successfully from Dropbox during the SOP submission workflow.

4.

PCC

Deleting an entire taxonomy node hierarchy was failing, as child nodes were not being removed before the parent node, preventing users from successfully deleting complete taxonomy hierarchies.

Updated the taxonomy deletion process to correctly remove child nodes before their parent nodes, allowing users to successfully delete complete taxonomy node hierarchies.

5.

PCC

Updates made to catalog SKUs were not always synchronized to Bridge, causing the updated product information to remain unavailable in Bridge.

Updated the real-time catalog synchronization process to correctly maintain catalog linkages during refresh and ensure SKU updates are successfully sent to Bridge. The synchronization process now handles multiple catalogs correctly and prevents valid catalog linkages from being removed during refresh.
