1. | Ability to view and manage packaging constructs and product level package information in the PCC portal. | PCC now supports Packaging Management, allowing users to define, manage, and maintain packaging information for products across different packaging levels, such as individual units, boxes, cartons, cases, and pallets. Packaging information can now be viewed and managed directly within Product 360, alongside SKU and product details. Previously, maintaining packaging information for products was a manual and time-consuming process. With this release, users can manage packaging information directly within PCC, providing a single place to maintain product and packaging data. To support this enhancement, new Packaging Attributes screens have been introduced, allowing users to create and maintain the attributes that define each packaging type. In addition, new Packaging Units screens enable users to create and manage the different packaging units used for products, such as individual items, boxes, cartons, cases, and pallets. A new Packaging view has also been added to Product 360, allowing users to view and manage packaging information alongside other product details. Together, these enhancements provide a structured way to manage packaging information in PCC, making it easier to define packaging units and attributes and maintain packaging data throughout the product lifecycle. |
2. | Ability to import domain values for SKUs using custom import. | PCC users can now configure their custom import templates to support Domain as a field type, alongside existing attribute-based mappings. During template setup, users can simply select Domain as the field type, and the system suggests existing Domain names as they type, making template configuration faster and easier. During import, the import process automatically identifies and applies Domain values. If an imported record references a Domain that does not already exist, the import engine automatically creates it during the import process, allowing users to complete their imports without interruption. Together, these enhancements make Domain imports more flexible and efficient, reducing manual setup and administrative effort. |
