The key statistics section here displays the following details:

  • Syndications-> Displays the count of total Syndications created.

  • Lifetime Uploaded Products-> Indicates the total number of SKUs that were uploaded till date across all syndications.

  • Ready to Publish-> Displays the count of SKUs that are error free and are ready to be published to the distributer for review.

  • Needs Attention-> Displays the count of SKUs that are marked as invalid or rejected by the distributor.

    • Invalid -> is when the SKU fails one or more validation rules.

    • Rejected-> SKUs that fail to meet distributor requirements and are rejected by the distributor are marked as REJECTED.

  • Sent to Distributor-> Displays the total count of SKUs categorized as Pending Review, PIM Ready, or Onboarded.

  • Showing Statistics for: All Syndication-> This filter allows you to select the specific syndication for which you want to view the data as shown below :

     

  • Showing Statistics for: All Time-> This filter allows you to select a syndication using a specific date range in a specific week , month or year. The timeline options are available on the left side of the pane as shown in the below screenshot.
