Field Values Dependency Master

Prev Next

A Field Values Dependency Master is where you can define and manage dependent relationships between fields. It acts as a centralized repository that stores lists of values (LOVs) that depend on a selected independent fields.

This enables conditional value selection, where the available options for one field are determined by the value selected in another field.

For example:

  • The available State values may depend on the selected Country.

  • The available Model values may depend on the selected Brand.

Using field value dependency master table helps promote data consistency, reusability, and easier maintenance across fields.
