Enhanced Custom Template Export performance in PCC

PCC now uses an enhanced processing architecture for Custom Export, enabling faster and more efficient processing of large product catalogs. The enhanced architecture improves scalability, memory utilization, and parallel processing of large datasets to support high-volume exports more efficiently.
Existing templates, filters, column selection and ordering, attribute formatting, digital asset handling, and supported output formats continue to work as before. No configuration changes or other action are required from users.
With this enhancement, users with large product catalogs can benefit from reduced export processing times and more reliable performance while continuing to use their existing Custom Export configurations in PCC.

Description

1.

Renamed Price List to Price Code in SOP and PCC

Updated the terminology from 'Price List' to 'Price Code' across the AI Mapping Finalization screen, SKU Journey and Product 360 screens. The change applies to mapping selections, column mapping labels, fallback headers in Custom Template, pricing tab table columns, filters, tooltips, in-grid editing and preview headers.
The terminology was split between Price List and Price Code depending on the screen. With this enhancement, users see consistent pricing terminology across SOP and PCC.

2.

Improved Pricing Validation in AI Mapping Finalization screen in SOP

Added validation for Price and Price effective dates to ensure that the start date is earlier than the end date, prevent entering invalid date combination and allow only integer values in the Price field. Price UOM is now made mandatory alongside Price whenever at least one pricing-related attribute is mapped in AI mapping finalization. AI mapping finalization is blocked when Price UOM is missing, and validation messages guide users in correcting invalid or missing information.
With this enhancement, users can identify and address pricing validation issues before completing AI mapping finalization in SOP.

3.

  • Increased the vertical scrollbar width for better usability.

  • Updated pagination to return the grid to the top when navigating between pages.

  • Improved the visibility and usable width of column resize handles.

  • Retained sorting indicators in the column header after the grid refreshes.

  • Set initial focus to the Attribute Name field when users add an attribute on the Add Schema Attribute(s) to the Node screen.

  • Updated hover behavior to display the associated LoV or meta-attribute information.

4.

Enhanced Attribute panel usability in Catalog Configuration in PCC

Enhanced the Attribute panel in Catalog Configuration to improve usability when managing attributes. The enhancement includes:

  • Improved drag-and-drop behavior to correctly populate metadata and attribute information when adding attributes to a schema.

  • Removed the metadata pop-up displayed when hovering over an attribute and added a hand pointer in the metadata column to indicate that users can click to view metadata information.

  • Added support for pasting LoV entries from excel and displaying the total LoV count on the Edit Attribute(s) screen.

Resolution

1.

SOP

The Select target data element drawer remained open and displayed outdated information when users searched columns or changed the column order, which could lead to incorrect target element selections.

Updated the Select target data element drawer to close or refresh appropriately when users search columns or change the column order, ensuring that stale data is not displayed.

2.

PCC

In Product 360, users can copy an attribute value from a selected SKU to other SKUs by selecting Copy Value to > All SKUs. When users performed this action, the "Copy SKU Attribute Values" confirmation pop-up did not display the details required to review the operation before submitting.

Updated the "Copy SKU Attribute Values" confirmation pop-up to display the relevant attribute and SKU details, allowing users to review the affected values and SKUs before confirming the copy operation.
